Overview

Bright Bingo first launched back in 2014 and has used two different bingo software since then. The first was B-live gaming, the same software provider as Bingocams. Then, it moved onto the Dragonfish bingo software in 2018. It moved on to the real bingo network so it joined the other no wagering bingo sites there like Bounce Bingo and Sundae Bingo.

There were many great bingo games available as well as hundreds of online slots. With customer support on hand for 16 hours a day, you could easily get help too. Keep on reading to see what the welcome bonus was.

Welcome Bonus

As we mentioned, Bright Bingo was a no-wagering bingo site so you got to keep everything you won from bonuses. The bonus consisted of bingo tickets as well as some free spins.

  • £70 in Bingo Tickets + 10 Free Spins

To receive this bonus you needed to deposit at least £10 even though the minimum deposit is £5. In total, 64 tickets made up the bingo bonus. There were 60 bingo tickets in the Kaching room and 4 tickets in the Big Bang room. The winnings from these would go straight to your cash balance.

Then, the free spins were on the slot game Fluffy Too from Eyecon. The only downside to this part of the bonus is that the winnings were capped to £1.

Bingo Games

As Bright Bingo was part of the Real Bingo Network you had a wide range of bingo games to play. We already mentioned two rooms, Kaching and Big Bang, but there were plenty more too. The majority of the bingo rooms were either 90-ball or 75-ball bingo, with the addition of 52-5 as well. This is a bingo game that uses cards instead of balls and is faster-paced.

The ticket prices here started as low as 1p per ticket and then gradually rose higher up to 10p, 25p, 50p and £1. The maximum that you’d pay is £10 as the Big Bang room has a prize pool of £10,000!

Slots

Online slots were just as popular as the bingo games at Bright Bingo. This was down to the fact that there were over 500 titles from many slot providers. Some of these included the following.

  • NetEnt
  • Pariplay
  • IGT
  • Eyecon
  • Microgaming

New slot games were added each month, but there were a great number of classic slots too. You could find jackpot slots here as well as online scratchcards in the Instant Wins section. Another game type in this category is Slingo games which is a mix between slots and bingo. Now that this site has closed down you should check out our list of Slingo sites to see where to play this game type.

Bright Bingo on Mobile

Bright Bingo worked well on mobile devices as the website was built with responsive technology. This meant that no matter what size screen you were using the website would always fit. This was great as there wasn’t a Bright Bingo app to download for iOS or Android devices.

To get started on your mobile journey go to www.brightbingo.co.uk in a mobile browser like Chrome or Safari. On reaching the homepage you can then browse games or go straight to the registration form. All the bingo and slot games that we mentioned above were available on phones and tablets.

Customer Support

As Bright Bingo used Dragonfish’s platform this meant that they also had customer support from it. You could get in contact with one of the following methods between 10 and 2 am every day of the week.

  • Email – help@bingosupport.org
  • Phone – 0808 238 9814 (toll-free)

There wasn’t a live chat option which is our preferred customer support contact method. Though, there was a FAQ guide with questions and answers to help solve simple issues.

Bright Bingo Review Summary

Bright Bingo was a colourful bingo site that used the Dragonfish software after moving from B-live Gaming. It was one of the no-wagering bingo sites that went live in 2018 on the Real Bingo Network. This was a big plus as whatever you won from the welcome bonus and future promotions would be paid out in real cash.

The bingo games included the most popular bingo variants in the UK, 90-ball and 75-ball bingo. Plus, there were hundreds of online slots ready to be played at the click of a button. It was also nice to see the addition of Slingo games which are popular among bingo players.

The downsides were that there wasn’t a bingo app available and no live chat support option. Other than that it was a good bingo site. But, remember this site is now closed so it doesn’t accept new players or ones that once had an account.

Pros

  • £70 worth of bingo tickets
  • Plus 10 free spins
  • No wagering bingo site

Cons

  • No bingo app
  • Doesn’t offer live chat support
